Welcome to Squirrel Acorns – my blog about my crafty endeavors. I am a mama to two boys, and my crafts tend to center around making stuff for them. I try to make things as naturally as I can, and I have recently been enjoying the idea of “up-cycling” old stuff into new and improved stuff. I also love to cook and make things for the home. We live in Maine, and are trying to live the state motto, “The Way Life Should Be.”
